The sequel is Everwild.
Yes, Everfound.
Yes, "Everwild" by Neal Shusterman contains similes. Similes are figures of speech that make comparisons using "like" or "as," for example, "cold as ice" or "fast as lightning." The author uses similes to enhance descriptions and create vivid imagery throughout the book.
The Everlost series by Neal Shusterman includes the following books in order: "Everlost," "Everwild," and "Everfound." These books follow the adventures of lost souls in a parallel world called Everlost.
It is a teen book by Neal Shusterman, the sequel to Everlost, and second in the Skinjackers Trilogy. Everwild is about Nick and Mary fighting over keeping the children in Everlost ( Mary), and releasing them with their coins, to get them where they are going (Nick). The story also follows the story of Allie ( the Outcast), and the McGill who is now non-monstrous. She is trying to find out what has happened to her family, when she meets other skinjackers like herself, and why she herself is a skinjacker. It's important to realize that this book will make little sense if you haven't read Everlost. Both books are very good, so are a lot of others by Neal Shusterman, like Unwind, Full Tilt, Downsiders, the Schwa was here, and Antsy does time. The third Skinjackers book is going to be called Everfound.
