I would say that when a kid is ready to kiss then they should be able to. But I would say that 12 and older would be the more appropriate age.
kiss someone closer to your age bro
Ifyou're lucky i would say a good age is 13. But lots of people wait, i had my first kiss when i was 10, didn't make out. Make out when you're 15, good age!
you will know it if you kiss a someone and he\she wants you to kiss him\her more
That's an obvious question. It doesn't matter about the age, you can still kiss someone.
There is no "best" time to kiss someone, though "You may now kiss the bride" is almost universally regarded as a pretty good one.
theres loads of ways to kiss just kiss how you want to or how youfeel comfortable

Personally (another matter of opinion) i think kids should kiss on a date at the age of 13 (teenager and above) I think you shoud kiss someone when you're ready and the other person is ready and after you've agreed to kiss
You put your lips against his/her lips and just kiss. But make sure your comfortable with is and that you know its the right person and your at a right age to be able to kiss.
Any time if you feel your ready

Try a kiss on the cheek when he does something good. That might give him something to think about.
