A fetus is viable when it can live outside of the mothers womb. a viable foetus is where a foetus that could be taken from the womb and still be able to survive.

According to the church it seems ok to save the life of the mother, or in cases of rape or incest or extreme fetal anomaly NOT ok if fetus would be viable outside the womb (as ruled in Roe. v. Wade case)
Because when your in the womb your being created for nine months then when you come out the womb your fully created and you begin your life then that's when your no longer nine months old
