They confirmed that they are indeed makeing a littlebigplanet3 that's what I read on game informer but did not tell the date of the when it comes out
Another perspective:No information has been given about LBP3 as of yet. However, it will definitely be realeased on the PlayStation 4, which hasn't even been anounced yet (from what I've heard, only small info leaks). So... yeah. it'll be a while. they expected LBP2 to last quite a while so don't expect it to come any time soon :)
