A proper translation would probably be magician's girl, or girl of the sorcerer. But some fans of the Madoka Magica movies say it was meant to mean magic girl or magical girl. Puella = girl
Magi is Latin. It is the plural of magus, magician or sorcerer. The term refers to a priestly caste of Zoroastrians.
T.S.Elliot wrote The Journey Of The Magi. The Magi here means the Magician Priests from the East who followed the new star and visited the newborn Baby Christ in Bethelehem. It is believed that during his period of vanishing, Christ visited these Magician Priests in return.
T.S.Elliot is the author of the poem The Journey Of The Magi. When Baby Christ was born in Bethlehem, a new star rose in the sky. Star- Studying had then well-developed in the East. The Magician Priests there instantly knew that a Holy Birth has been caused in the West. Finding their way guided by this new star, three Magician Priests journeyed to Bethlehem with eastern gifts for this newborn babe. Magi means Magician Priests or Scholars.
Currently, there is not.
In the past, they were master and student.
Yugi Muto and his doppelganger, Yami Yugi, both use Dark Magician Girl.
There is no fusion between Dark Magician or Dark Magician Girl. Now that I think about it, that would make it a she-male.
no their is only dark red magician
In general, no. There is a difference between the terms "Dark Magician" and "a Dark Magician monster". The first means a card called, and only called, "Dark Magician", while the second means any monster with 'Dark Magician' in the name, including 'Dark Magician Girl'. That means 'Dark Magician Girl', or 'Skilled Dark Magician', etc, are unable to use most Dark Magician support cards - you can't summon them using Dark Magic Curtain, they won't let you activate 'Dark Magic Attack', etc.
Their names were Caspar, Melchior and Balthasar - known collectively as The Magi.(Magi is the plural of Magus -meaning 'wise man' from which we get the word 'magician'.)
No, only monsters specifically called "Dark Magician" or "Magician of Black Chaos" will.If Dark Magician Girl looked for "Dark Magician cards", then anything with 'Dark Magician' in the name would count. However it doesn't look for 'cards', it only looks for 'Dark Magician', meaning only the Normal Lv7 2500/2100 one will do.As a final note, some people mistakenly believe Magician of Black Chaos is the same as Dark Magician of Chaos, this is not correct. Dark Magician of Chaos is an effect monster from Invasion of Chaos - Magician of Black Chaos is a Ritual Monster from Premium Pack 2, and it is this that Dark Magician Girl looks for.
