naruto 210-220 will be released on box set 16 on September 22nd 2009. Shippuden on the 29th ( a week later, but it's only 4 episodes)

There is no episode 221 of Naruto. The Naruto series ends at Naruto episode 220. Then Naruto Shippuden starts, a 2 1/2 year timeskip after the Naruto series where Naruto Uzumaki is 15-16 years old. He has returned after training with Jiraiya.
