Cardiovascular problems are also a big no-no and one's psychiatrist and cardiologist are going to have a long time. Bipolar spectrum disorders, and finally MAOI use.
Although, many physicians will disregard these contraindications as long as their patient is known well and have openness and honesty. Unless it is a physical condition where it can cause heart problems like a hear attack easily.
