They did some hiring a while ago so I am thinking it will be in the next month or june. It will be mayhem though, like Ikea. The parking lot around the corner of where Target will be at kildonan place is usually congested. Hopefully they change that before opening. During Christmas, they have cadets directing traffic. I could not imagine the chaos for target.
