Nobody knows. PSN has been hacked, and they're working 24/7 to fix it. They have announced that they might have to restart whole PSN, which means everyone will have to make new accounts. Saved games, achievement and friend lists will be deleted. This last part is not true and the related question has all the announcements even your trophies won while the network is down will be added to your account.
