There is no "best time" to fall in love, as you are not able to choose with whom who you truly fall in love. Nor can you choose when to fall in love. It just happens as life goes on. Although it's best to fall in love when you are a bit older. When you have a job, and shelter, and can stand on your own two feet. Let's first see what "falling in love" really stands for. A Hollywood creation, it stands for a visceral high - like your first flight in an airplane - that dissipates with the ordinariness of everyday living. So be aware what we are talking about. Now about the best time! The best time for a relationship is really any time. In other words get together with someone you like and learn about what it takes to get along. You might feel a high. But that high will dissipate as you find out how you are different from your partner. It's much more difficult to live together successfully than to "fall in love."
