Your 1099 form will need to be submitted to the IRS along with your tax return before the April 15 deadline.
Nothing. Just sit back and relax. The IRS will either send your tax return back or send a substitute form for you to sign. (Or they will overlook it.) When you get the form back from the IRS, just sign it and return it. If it were before the deadline (April 15th), I would advise you to file an extension (Form 4868) to protect your rights. But it's after the deadline now (at least for your 2008 taxes if you are reading this in June 2009), so you can't do that.
Yes, there is more than one, like fire department ones.
The deadline this year was to be April 15. However, the IRS extended this deadline to the 18th this year. It is possible to get an extension that could allow you to file as late as October.
Corporations have different tax deadlines than individuals do. Check out the IRS web site.

Th IRS says it will be available on February 1st 2011.
If the IRS receives your return or payment after the deadline date but it is postmarked on or before the deadline date, then it is considered to have been filed on time.

If you require a tax extension and do not owe any money to the IRS, then you are in good shape. However, if you do owe money to the IRS, then you are still going to have to pay up by the deadline. Even if you want to get a tax extension, you will have to pay at least 90% of what you owe to the IRS ahead of time. The other 10% of what you owe may then be given to the IRS by the tax extension deadline. Be sure to understand the tax extension deadline rules so you do not get into legal trouble with the IRS.
Partnerships and LLCs are filed with the IRS. The taxes are paid by the owners of the Companies and K1 forms are issued to the individual owners. The K1 forms show the income to report on the members individual tax returns.

This is kind of a vague question. If you are required to fill out IRS Form 1098, then you send it in. You can paper file or electronically file your data with the IRS.
