Probably not, as the first movie (Stormbreaker) was a total flop: they spend $40 million making it and made about $23 million out of it. That's not a result those companies like, I guess. Also, Anthony Horowitz (the author of the series) said that 'the movie was a mistake, as the story does not translate well to the big screen'. So it seems very unlikely there will ever be another Alex Rider-movie, although miracles still exist (so they say).

It doesn't seem as though another Alex Rider movie is in production. The first movie was released in 2006 and only grossed $652,536 after having a budget of around 40 million dollars. This movie would have been considered a flop and executives would be less than enthusiastic to film a sequel.
