So if you think of it this way - there are 7 days in a week, and, leap year is every 4 years. multiply 7 x 4 - 28... so every 28 years the 1st of February will be a Wednesday. The next time 5 Wednesdays in February occurs after 2012, is 2040, then 2068, etc.
