If you mean flashlight, then search flashlight in Android Market. If you mean flash player, you need Android 2.3.3 Gingerbread.
The R101 uses the Android operating system. Adobe are working on a Flash Player for Android devices (See links below) but it will require Android version 2.2 or later. It is unlikely (but not definitely so) that the R101 will support Flash. The later R301 may be a better bet but even that may be on the dubious list for Flash support.
