I don't agree that teachers selected trough employment seniority ...Selecting via these peoples are so old and also they forgot all educational criteria , THEN HOW WILL TAKE CLASS IN PERFECTLY . TRB EXAM is one of the most important aspect in the educational system . Motive of TRB EXAM is selecting well qualified teachers ( Freshers or seniors - it doesn't matter )... But still we hope in year 2011 definitely TRB EXAM comes ( AIADMK sitting in constituency - 2011 )
