select the sim you want to age up. on playstation3 i believe that the button is square, and go to simology panel, it should say how many days before its birthday, you can throw parties for your sim or just let it age up by itself. At any time you want you can age a sim up by buying a cake and making them blow the candles, no matter what the age is (except elder)
