Best way to raid: get 10 or 25 people together and walk into the raid. You will need (depending on the raid) 2-3 healers, 2 tanks, and the rest DPS. Other than that, it is just like a 5 man dungeon, with the exception that the trash and bosses are a lot harder. It is helpfull to have a vent/teamspeak/mumble server available to help with commmunication. That is basically how you raid.
