Lady Capulet: ... How stands your dispositions to be married?
Juliet: It is an honour that I dream not of.
Nurse: An honour! Were not I thine only nurse, I would say that thou hadst sucked wisdom from thy teat.
Lady Capulet: Well, think of marriage now. Younger than you, here in Verona, ladies of esteem are made already mothers. By my count, I was your mother much upon these years that you are now a maid. Thus in brief: the valiant Paris seeks wants you for his love.
Lady Capulet is saying that girls younger than Juliet are already married and have children. She herself was a mother before she reached the age that Juliet is now. Then she says that Paris wants to marry Juliet.
In "Romeo and Juliet", Lady Capulet tells her daughter she was about her age3 when she married her father and asks what she feels about marriage. She tells her of the noble Paris' intentions and asks that Juliet will consider accepting his proposal.

Lady Capulet is Juliets Mother (She encourages Paris' and Juliets marriage) Capulet is Juliets father (The one who forces her to marry Paris) Tybalt is Juliets cousin. (He picks a fight with Mercutio and kills him. Romeo takes revenge for his friend and kills Tybalt. That is why Romeo is banished from Verona)
