It's frequency is unchanged. A Light wave behaves (generally) according to v = fλ, where v is the speed at which the light wave travels, f is the frequency, and lambda (the upside-down y) is the wavelength. When medium is changed, wavelength is changed (think of a wave in a string - the particles are physically affected by the different density). Thus, to compensate for changing wavelength, the velocity will also change (inverse proportionality). And since the source emitting the light is unchanged the frequency of the light will stay the same.
