∙ 14y agoIt all depends on what and how big it is and also the diameter of the UXO or mine. There is no set distance for how far apart the markers should be as long as people can see them at every angle around the UXO.
(By diameter)
1 to 5 inches- 500 ft away
6 to 10 inches- 1000 ft away
10 inches and up- 1500 ft away (at least)
