The pulmonary arteries are the blood vessels that carry blood back up to the upper parts of the heart. There is one on each side of the heart that helps with this.
the blood comes back to the heart from the veins.
The right side of the heart receives blood that has come back from the body and thereby is deoxygenated.

Blood comes from around your body into the right side of your heart. From there the blood goes into your lungs, where it receives oxygen. It goes back into the left side of the heart then is pumped around the body again.
The right hand side of the heart deals with oxygen poor blood.The right side which collects blood following its circulation round the body and then pumps it through the lungs to pick up oxygen.
The pulmonary artery, which takes deoxygenated blood from the right side of the heart to the lung to be reoxygenated. The pulmonary vein then carries oxygenated blood back to the left side of the heart to be pumped back to the rest of the body.
It isn't different. Blood in each side of the heart is differed by the amount of oxygen it contains, but there is no change between blood on the left, right, front, back, top or bottom of your body as a whole.

A vein. Your veins take blood back to the heart to be pumped to the lungs to get oxygen. When your veins flow blood back to the heart, it goes through the left side of your heart.
