In the beginning stages of healing, this is quite normal. The tip of your nose will be sensitive throughout due to the cluster of nerves that you have in the area. If you have intentions of stretching, then prepare for even more pain. You will also have to deal with sinus headaches if you do this. Also, if you stretch and go past a 2G, then the hole will never close more than around a 14G.
