When naruto was about to kill pein is the only reason the forth stopped him because pein was his brother?

I imagine the fourth stopped Naruto because he didn't want the seal to shatter and release Kyuubi and/or kill Naruto, which was about to happen if he hadn't stepped in. I highly doubt that there is any relation between Minato and Pein.

One thing i want to make clear is sasuke will turn against madara uchiha because sasuke and naruto will fight madara and defeat him i do not know if sasuke will survive the battle.
