When you make the call depending on your opponent Colonel, Otacon or Mei Ling will talk to you about your opponent for example lets say your battling captain falcon Otacon will talk to you. If you are battling Falco a different person will talk to you not Colonel, Otacon or Mei Ling it will be Slippy.
