Quite a lot. He has about twenty-two lines when he is standing outside the crypt (it's not a grave as we would understand it), and a further fifty or so after he kills Paris. That's a lot to quote here; you can find them in Act 5 Scene 3 of the play.
"Oh churl! Drunk all, and left no friendly drop to help me after?" In other words, "Thanks a heap for using all the poison so there's none for me!"
He didn't say anything. Romeo was already dead when Juliet died, and so was incapable of speech.
Nothing. He died first. He does go on for about 35 lines to her when he thinks she's dead. (lines 85 to 120 or so of the last scene)
"O my love, my wife!
Death, that hath sucked the honey of thy breath
Hath had no power yet upon thy beauty."
"Ah, dear Juliet, why art thou yet so fair?" The possibility that it was because she wan't really dead did not occur to him.
"I thought all for the best."
Romeo, Romeo, wherefor art thou, Romeo?
The play did not say whether Romeo and Juliet went to heaven or not.
During act 2 Romeo and Juliet say that their love has grown so much that it cannot be counted. Romeo and Juliet then go to Friar Lawrence to get married.

The nurse arranged the meeting between Romeo and Juliet after Tybalt's death to allow them to say goodbye before Romeo was banished from Verona. She also wanted to update Juliet on Romeo's condition and to try to comfort her in her grief.
Go to Mantua together.
Hard to say, because she is not anyone's friend, unless you count Romeo. The Nurse is Juliet's friend but Juliet does not fill that role for the Nurse.
