The Stronghold games are only available for the Windows operating system. A Mac Mini running WIndows will be able to run the game.
You will have less disk space available for OSes.
Origin is only available for the Windows operating system. OriginLab recommends running Windows on a Mac (See links below) to use the Origin software.

Fable III is only available for the XBox 360 and computers running the Windows operating system. If the Mac has an Intel processor and has the Windows operating system installed then it can run Fable III.
