Why is Valve making Half Life 2 Episode 4 while Episode 3 isn't out yet?
Two different teams are making Episode 3 and Episode 4. Episode 4 will not be made by Valve, and it is a stand alone game. Episode 4 won't interrupt Gordon Freeman's story from what I can tell; it just won't be as related as we would normally expect from a supposed continuation.

You need to buy valve seals and have them installed by a trained mechanic. And they come in a plastic bag not a can. SORRY NO quick fix.
