How should a belly button piercing look after 3 weeks?
A belly-button piercing is usually still healing after 3 weeks, although the swelling and redness should have gone down and should be almost completely gone! If the area still looks irritated/puffy, or red then it's still healing. I hope this helped!(:

This is because of the jewelry resting on the top of the piercing. I got one with my belly button and my tongue. But the one on my belly button is gone now, and the one on my tongue is almost gone. I got my tongue and belly button pierced about two months ago.

i would say your belly button hurts more. because i have had both of them done and my tongue got sprayed with numbing spray so i couldn't really feel it but your tongue hurts more afterwards whilst its swelled up, you can only eat liquid foods for some days until the swelling has gone down and you do talk a bit weird for a few days. but as your getting it done i would say belly button hurts more.

nothing at all as long as yu take care of it i got mine done at 13 and im 14 now nothing has gone wrong but when u get it done i recommend titanium steal it helps heal the fast and use Neosporin to clean it trust me on that one!

no that's normal, when i got my nose pierced mines did that for the first few months.it completely healed and the bump has gone :)

Swelling, redness, whitish/yellow discharge and itchiness is normal. If there is greenish/yellow disharge around the piercing it may be infected. Don't take out the jewelry because then then piercing will close and trap the infection. Go to your doctor and he may prescribe medications or ointments.
What would make your nose collapse like all the cartilage was gone?
Cocaine usage!! I had my nose pierced on the left side about 16 years ago. The cartilage in that side is completely gone.

you can tell when youre piercing is starting to heal when there is a red circle around the hole, this shows that its starting to heal, but when this happens, you still must clean it everyday until the red circle has gone, this can be between 2-4 months
