The first number represents the magnification as if one was 9 or 10 times closer to the image. The larger the second number, the brighter and sharper the image
It magnifies the view by 20 times and the 50 refers to the size of the eyepeice of 2 inches (25mm is one inch so 50 is two inches.)
In the case quoted, 10 is the magnification factor of the binoculars. In other words, objects appear to be 10 times closer viewed through the binoculars compared to with the naked eye.
Bushnell manufactures various models and sizes of binoculars, all for different prices. For example, the Legend Ultra HD 10 by 36 mm. binoculars are roughly $370 USD. The 8 by 42 mm. binoculars of the same model are roughly $390 USD.

The 10x means it magnifies ten times The 70mm means the final lenses (that point to the image) are 70mm in diameter. The larger the diameter, the more light that can enter the binoculars and so the easier it is to see the image. So binoculars 10x50mm and 10x70mm both magnify ten times, but the 70mm diameter lenses allow more light in and so should give a better image. So the larger the second number, the better the image [should be] for a given magnification; however, the larger the second number the larger (and heavier) binoculars become.
You didn't specify units, but in general, smaller numbers mean more detail.
The mean is a form of average. Generally speaking, the mean of a set of numbers is the result of adding all the numbers together and dividing by the number of numbers e.g. 1, 3, 5, 6, 6, 10, 11 The mean is 1 + 3 + 5 + 6 + 6 + 10 + 11 7 = 6

they r numbers
8, 9, 11 and 12
10
Multiply 10 by any number except zero, then divide 10 by the same number. The geometric mean of those two numbers will be 10.
30
The mean is 15.
the two numbers that have a mean of 10 and a range of 8 is 6 and 14
it means the average. add up all of the numbers and divide by the number of numbers you added. for example, 10+ 10+10=30 the mean is 30 divided by 3 = 10 the average! A nasty average?
[10, 10, 10, 10, 10, 10, 10] has a mean of 10 and a standard deviation of zero.
