Sounds like you might have got dry skin on your nose, maybe got it slightly sun or wind burned. As to the stuff that comes out of the pores when you squeeze the skin, its oil built up in the pores, from you not washing your face enough...however the flaky stuff is just dried skin, use a ex foliating soap ( soap which contains little rough things in it) to scrub your face and nose, and it will rub off the excess dry skin

∙ 13y agoIt is a great possibility that it is oil trapped n your nose wash your face with something that releases oil but it won't work in an day. And also try to squeeze it out

∙ 9y agoIt seems as if there would be acne on the nose to cause it to get bigger and emit a white substance. It could also be an infected sebaceous cyst, you would need to see your doctor for this.
