On the 9th, no but they were building them. The next complete bomb arrived in San Francisco on the 18th, but was returned to Los Alamos as Japan had announced they would surrender on the 14th. Formal surrender occurred in September.
The US had facilities set up and production planned to drop a total of 23 atomic bombs on Japan in 1945 if they did not surrender.
