replace switch, pump motor, and cylinder's.
Bad connection in your switch, possible sticky motor.
possibly the up solonoid located in the trunk attached to the convertable top motor.
if you would like to get the top down there should be 2 handels on the top front side inside the car but if you want the top up you need to undo the hatches bring the top up and 2 people should be doing this bring the top were it was at first before you put the top down and put alot of preasure and then close the hatches still applying preasure and there ya go!
just open two star screws to the latch which goes down in the trunk ,,located on both sides somewhere in the middle of the sides ,,look across the shocks caps. and u are good to go
