There are some regulations in place but I have heard they differ depending on where you live. Because of some of these regulations and the knowledge of how dangerous tanning can be, some salons are getting tanning beds that deliver less UV radiation.

From all the research I've been doing for my econ class. It seems that they're none. Although it is a different story if you are doing it for a government type deal, then they're are some regulations but i am unaware of those. Regulations that I do know of would be Trademark laws and copyright laws, but then again I'm not really sure if those would be considered regulations. Hope this helps a little!
