Is compressor running? If refrigerant charge is low it will not
A refrigerant compressor will be hot when running whether or not the charge is too high or too low. If the charge is too low, the compressor will cycle on and off. If too high the compressor may not run at all.
That won't keep the car from starting, but will keep the A/C compressor from running.
Yes, in order for the compressor to take on the new coolant and oil charge the compressor ideally should be running. It is posiible to begin charging the system with freon prior to compressor initiation, however to get an accurate reading of the pressure in the system the compressor should be cycling with differential valve operating properly. If it is clogged or the compressor is not cycling then then low side reading will give an elevated pressure while charging the system. Does that make sense?
Normally yes, so long as you are not considered a risk for flight. (running away)
Man dont you have a buddy you can text? charge it or send it for servicing
if it is running then there is no need to charge it
Normally, atoms do not have a charge, but if they are ionic, they have either a positive or negative charge, normally with the addition or loss of electrons.
yes, that is how the batt. is normally charged. As long as the charging unit is putting out more then the vehicel needs to run the batt. will charge. if it does not there is a bad batt. or a problem with the charger.
read the manufacturers logo on the side of the unit and weigh the charge
Yeh mate sounds as if your clutch plate on the compressor is cactus or burnt out its pretty common problem ull have to replace it
