If you have a windows CD you can try to make a system restore from a point before you get the virus
Just insert the CD in the Drive, boot the computer and enter the BIOS (usually by hitting Del... can be F2 on Dells to)
Once you're on the bios, you have to make the CD Drive to be the first bootable device.
Save changes in the bios and restart
the computer will boot from the windows CD... there you'll be able to make a system restore
