Which motor? If you are talking about the main engine, it can go more than 400,000 miles if properly maintained. There is no reason to replace it unless it is having problems.
If you are asking about the blower motor, it also has no specific replacement interval but could fail. Replace as needed.

For my 2002 Echo it is 3.7 Liters with a filter change.
This relates to your question but does not answer it. Call Toyota's 800 number and register a complaint about the premature death of your blower motor. It appears to be quite common with all the Toyota Echos. Enough complaints and they may start reimbursing people for this common failure.
A Toyota Echo air conditioner is designed to cool the vehicle. If the air conditioner stops working, it could be low on freon or the motor could have seized.
