When to date after a marriage break up?

There is now right or wrong time but it has been said that people who date before the first year is out have gotten in a lot of arguments with their families because of it. You should start dating when you feel you are ready to move on, and only when you are ready. It is up to you to decide.

Also, what lessons have they learned from the problems of that marriage. Go out with friends and have fun and in a few months when you are sure of your own feelings and where you want to go in your life is the time to start dating.

• When someone has come away from a bad marriage and even though it is a separation they should give themselves a few months to muse over who they are; what they are capable of and how independent are they and where they want to be in their life. Going out with friends for fun; perhaps changing a job; going on a holiday to relax and clear one's head is a way to decide if a divorce is pending. After a couple of months if the individual feels happier being away from their spouse is the time they could start dating if they have truly looked into their own soul and did some soul searching first. Two people that are separated either make an effort to enrich their lives and change poor habits in order to try again in the marriage, but, if one or both are not willing to do this then file for divorce and during separation an individual can date whenever they choose too.
