all timing belts should be changed between 95.000 asnd 115000 regardless what kind of car it is ,

toyota recommends that timing belts be replaced at 60,000; however, 100,000 miles is fine. Replace at 100,000 miles as preventative maintenance. 4 cylinder 2002 Camry has a timing chain which does not have to be replaced.

From what I have been told by Toyota savvy folk about the 2000-2005 Celica timing chain, it should last the lifetime of the car with no replacement. God bless timing chains vs. belts!!
