You can stop at any time. If you just want to stop because you have been on them 3 years you don't have to. You can be on the pill for years if you wish.
depending on how long you have been on the pills or contraceptive method i would say a year minimum and a normal period is the scheduled one that you have when you start taking the pills or method
Oral Contraceptives have known side effects/or withdrawal symptoms, regardless of length of use. There is no need to take a break from using them. Oral contraceptives are usually safe for all women to use- unless you have migraine headaches or are a smoker.
Yes you Should
It is certainly safe. Consult your doctor or other health professional.
Yes the pill has no lasting effect and does not work as a contraceptive.

The Nexplanon contraceptive implant lasts for three years.
To make the contraceptive implant stop working, have it removed. You will have immediate return to fertility.
Taking antibiotics can make the pill ineffective under some circumstances.
please i want to know why..
It only took me three months and I had been on the pill for 4 years.
I quit taking diet pills after about 4 years and I had a very hard time staying off them. I was used to the energy rush they gave me and without them I felt very sluggish. Eventually I forced myself to like coffee so now that's my addiction. Better than diet pills though. They are really bad for you. Stop taking them- you'll be glad you did.
