the easiest way to take off acrylics is to soak them in an ACETONE nail polish remover and them use a cuticle stick to lightly pry them off. It will take awhile for them to get soft -What I do is dip a cotton ball in Acetone, set it on top of my nail, and wrap it in tin foil for about 45 minutes to an hour. After that I take off the foil and the acrylic is usually pretty simple to take off. or just pick them off haha
You have to cook it at 350° for 29minutes per pound. Make sure to cover with foil and baste with melted butter, also place some melted butter and rosemary or garlic under skin. After the turkey reads 165° with a thermometer, pull off foil and let brown in oven for 10min. Hope its wonderful ( I brine mine -very moist)

We do not wash the brine off the turkey before putting it in our smoker. We soak the bird in the brine for 2 full days, take it out of the brine, and put it in the smoker. Perfection every time!
