What do toontown bans do?
Bans give you the inability to log on your account. When this happens, it means you broke Disney's rules and they got mad and banned or terminated you. Here's how to tell if you're banned or terminated: Banned message: "We're sorry! Based on a violation of the (Code of conduct/House Rules or Terms of use), we have banned (your disney username), until (date and time they give you when you can log back on). You will not be able to play until the date and time listed. Remember to follow the code!" You can be banned for three days or one day. Terminated message: "We're sorry! Based on a violation of (code of conduct/House rules or terms of use), we have terminated account (your user) In order to comply with your account termination, you must immediately cease use of all WDIG sites and destroy all materials obtained from such sites and all copies thereof, whether made under these terms of use or otherwise. Any furture attempts to obtain and/ or access an account will be denied." Terminated means you're banned for life and can never log back on again. There's two ways to tell if you can't get on. If you sign on the site, it will direct you to the account on hold page instead of it loading and saying "You're ready to play Toontown!", if on Toontown Launcher, it will say "This account is on hold, log on the site for more information" and it will pop up whatever browser you use and take you to the on hold page automatically. To see why Disney did this to you, check your email that's connected to your Toontown account, or if you're under 13 ask your parents to check and see why your account is on hold.
