Transpiration happens when plants release water through pores called stomata(I don't know if I spelled that right). The water becomes dew.It turns to frost in cold weather.

Evaporation of water from surface of the leaf is called?

This phenomenon is called transpiration.

Does transpiration happen more in dry weather or wet?

Transpiration typically happens more in dry weather because the plant needs to draw in more water to compensate for the water loss through transpiration. In wet weather, the plant can absorb water from the soil more easily, resulting in less transpiration.

Which part of the leaf enables transpiration to take place?

Transpiration takes place through small openings on the underside of leaves called stomata. These stomata allow water vapor to exit the leaf, helping to regulate the plant's temperature and transport nutrients.

What are the differents between cuticular transpiration and stomatal transpiration?

cuticular transpiration occurs through the cuticle while the stomatal transpiration occurs through the stomata.

How is transpiration completed?

Transpiration is the process by which plants release water vapor through small pores on their leaves called stomata. This water vapor evaporates into the air, helping to cool the plant and allowing for the uptake of water and nutrients from the soil through the roots. Transpiration also plays a role in regulating the plant's internal water pressure and nutrient transport.
