AdBlock - Chrome - was created on 2009-12-08.
What I did was download an app called Adblock. Go to the Google Chrome webstore and search for Adblock and install it. Then download the Privacy Palette (Adblock + Security). There are also other options like always deleting cookies etc.
It's Adblock or Adblock plus. Add ABCnews.go.com to your adblocks whitelist and then no problem.
If you use Google Chrome, then go to the chrome web store (chrome.google.com/webstore) and search for 'AdBlock'. AdBlock will block ads on your page and ads lag you most the time.
If you have Firefox or Chrome installed, you can download Adblock Plus for free (just search it). I use Adblock Plus and have never had to watch a video ad on Youtube.
If you are using Google Chrome, install the extension Adblock in the Chrome Web Store. Then, if it still pops up, click the Adblock button and "Block an Ad on this page". Then follow the instructions on the pop-up that appears.
You can download "Adblock" an ad blocking software for Google Chrome Directly from Google. If you are using Firefox you can download "Adblock Plus" from the site Mozilla Add-ons.
if you use Google chrome or Fire fox then you can download a famous app called adblock which blocks advisement on any website or surveys if you have the latest Google chrome then you can download it from Chrome web store.
I use two web browsers: Mozilla Firefox & Google Chrome. I usually use google chrome, as it is much faster to start up and when browsing is much more responsive. I prefer Google chrome for its speed, but still use Mozilla Firefox for its customizability and better ad-blocking when using Adblock Plus add-on. (Google Chrome has an Adblock Plus extension also, but it is still in Beta stage of development and sometimes misses a few ads.) I would recommend both browsers.
Get adblock. It's a plugin for Firefox or Google Chrome which gets rid of 99% of ads.
