It depends on whether you are looking for public or private schools. There are high schools to steer clear of as they have a bad reputation such as Henry Kendell High School, Lisarow High School, Kincumber and Umina High School. Public schools which have quite a good reputatation are Terrigal High School and Narara Valley High School. Private schools which are very credited especially Central Coast Grammar School. There is also Tuggerah Lakes Secondary College which is a private school although less credited. St Josephs is a girls school and St Edwards is a boys school. They are both catholic. There is St Peters which is a co-educational catholic highschool. So for public schools, go for Terrigal High School, and private Central Coast Grammar. Tuggerah Lakes Secondary College is a state school, not a private school.
