If you are referring to the Catholic Apostolic Church, it was founded (although not under that name) in 1835 in England by some "apostles", the last of whom name in the early 20th century, and the Church came to nothing soon after that.

Realising this the Anglicans have changed the definition of Apostolic to mean following the gospel message(s) as originally preached by the apostles. In short Anglicans (low church, liberal church and hight church) are really protestants pretending to be Catholics.
