What is the IC50 or EC50 value of propoxur and carbaryl in embryotoxicity of zebrafish embryo. Can anyone help me to determine those values.?

I can't find research on ZebraFish exactly, but instead I found a study on Clarias gariepinus. For them the IC50 for carbaryl is 0.003 μM. I wouldn't be too surprised if the IC50 is even lower for true teleostes. For Porpoxur, tested on Rainbow Trout carbonic anhydrase (CA), we find an IC50 of 0.420 μM. See links for more data on these studies. The US Forest Service study on embryotoxic and teratrogenic effects of carbaryl on various species looks pretty good -- again see notes. I can't find a thing on these two OPt toxins in binary mode, and if such studies have been done at all, I'm not sure you'll find them on the net. Lastly, consider checking with the authors of the three studies listed in the Links section of this answer. I get the feeling they aren't associated, so you might find they're three unrelated sources.
