Czechoslovak Social Democratic Workers Party in the Republic of Austria was created on 1919-12-07.
Democratic
That is a good question. Historically American unions have been supportive of the Democratic Party as a fundamental part of the Democratic coalition of interests in the Country. Democrats have been more in favor of expanding workers rights and especially workers rights to organize. Republicans, the party of the business owners, is more typically against expanding workers rights, against the minimum wage, against making it easier for unions to organize. That said, American workers can vote any way they wish in the voting booth. It is still a secret ballot. Republicans have made inroads in workers by using social issues such as gay marriage, which Democrats do not oppose, and other issues that have nothing to do with economics normally important to the working man. The best answer to your question is that American union members vote and support Democrats, but not in all cases.
The none essential workers are the harder working class, whose jobs are to give services to the essential workers. They're the workers who the world view as unimportant, but help with todays economy.
