He tells you that he has two gigantic observations built in the canopy of the jungle. Head down the east coast of the jungle, go past the first ancient stone head, to a forked piece of driftwood. From the driftwood, go west into the jungle. Use your binoculars to jump from ramp to ramp. Once you get to ramp #14, you will meet Omand. In this little clearing, you will find Francis, a big cat. Francis will tell you how he got to be in the jungle. Continue to talk to him, and it will turn into another quest - Francis' Disguise. Talk to Omand again and then tell him about Francis.Reward: $3000
