I know that the answer is a young Black American named Isaiah Grant. I am still looking for a picture of the award ceremony with Eleanor Roosevelt. Isaiah Grant was my grandfather and this is true we had the picture but it was stolen now im trying to locate another photograph and the newpaper archives that had the picture.
