Utada Hikaru's "First Love" (1999). As of 2007 it had sold over 7 million copies officially, but I've seen the sales numbers quoted as being as high as 9 million.
There are multiple resources to choose from but the easiest would be Amazon. Due to licensing issues and/or restrictions, the song is not available on iTunes. Sanctuary was released on Utada's album, 'This Is The One' as a bonus track on the physical United States CD release only. Also to note, the Japanese equivalent of the song is titled Passion.
Sanctuary, not to be confused with Passion (it's Japanese counterpart), was officially released on Utada's second English-language album, This Is The One, as a bonus track in the United States on May 12, 2009.Check the related links posted below for more information regarding the track-listing and release information.
